Terms and Conditions

By renting a vehicle from Aussy Rental, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement is between Aussy Rental ("we," "us," "our") and the renter ("you," "your").

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months
• Clean driving record
• Valid credit card in renter's name

The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Full payment required at time of pickup
• Security deposit required
• Additional charges for late returns
• Fuel must be replaced to original level

Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance policy.

• Vehicle must be used only for its intended purpose
• No smoking in vehicles
• No unauthorized modifications
• Report any damage immediately

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours
• No refund for no-shows

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our data practices.
